When you upgrade to Windows 10 (if it’s any good), you may not immediately find Internet Explorer to download alternate browsers like Chrome or Firefox. That’s because Chris Caposella announced at the Microsoft Convergence conference in Atlanta that the company is replacing Internet Explorer as THE Microsoft browser with its successor, currently dubbed Project Spartan.
