So the rumored specs of the GTX 1080ti have been released, and it looks to be a very powerful card with 3328 Cuda Cores, 384 bit wide memory bus and.... GDDR5, not GDDR5X. A lot of people are saying these rumors are completely false, since the GTX 1080 has GDDR5X and also the Titan X Pascal has GDDR5X also.

However the GTX 1070 is sporting normal GDDR5 that is aggressively overclocked out of the factory. And also with the bandwidth figures adding up, it seems that the GTX 1080ti may very well indeed carry GDDR5 and not 5X. Also Expect this card to come in at around $750-800, that seems to be the most logical price point for this card.
