4 Cores, 4 Threads, seems so distant yet not such a short time again that this was mainstream gaming. Yet here nearing the end of 2019, these OEM systems with non overclockable haswell i5-4430s, 4440 and 4460s can be had for dirt cheap.
Though just because something is cheap, doesn't mean its neccessarily good. Let's see how this budget 4 cores couples with an RX 570 and a GTX 1660 Super against the 9900ks to see how many frames you are losing at 1080p. (and of course let's do a little behind the scenes rolling in the mean time).
