Lisa Gade walks through the new look and features available in Windows 10 Technical Preview for phones. We use the Nokia Lumia 635 to show the new wallpaper look, Live Tile changes, updated settings menu, drop down settings and actionable notifications. This is a tech preview of the OS, and some features like the Project Spartan web browser aren’t here yet, but most of the new UI changes are in place.
