I purchased mine from dream seller, and if import taxes are expensive in your country then you can always ask for a favor ;).

The Samsung CF791 is one of the first PC monitors to bring a new backlighting to the table rather than trash W-LEDs that are going in the majority of our monitors - especially gaming monitors with specs like low input lag, high refresh rates and fast response panels (there is RGB too, but that is usually for business grade monitors and is very expensive and the panels still boast high input lag, low response times etc.).
This is the first monitor in this field I know of to have all those previous specs AND finally some good backlighting, which is known as quantum dot LED technology and is photoluminescent.
