Lisa Gade reviews the Huion Kamvas 13, their very affordable $239 IPS pen monitor for digital art and photo editing. This 2020 model is their best yet, with a laminated 13.3” IPS display, battery-free pen with 8,192 pressure levels and no power supply needed. The pen supports tilt and is compatible with most art and photo editing programs. It has Windows, Mac and Android drivers. It has wide gamut, a matte finish and can be connected via a single USB-C cable (old style USB-A + HDMI also supported). It’s considerably less expensive than the Wacom One and Wacom Cintiq Pro 13, but holds up well against those.
