What is the best lav mic for under $100? Well I think this video will answer that question as when I recently had this lav microphone come through it blew my socks off.
It is the "Noyce One" from Noyce labs and man this will be the new microphone that I will using to give you guys audio from here in. For around $60 you are getting a well made solid built mic that sounds phenomenal and works with smart phones and cameras very well.

It also has a 10mm diaphragm and a pop filter to boot, so you don't have to worry about doing anything extra with this thing.
