Here is the full review of the Gigabyte X99-UD4 which comes in at around or a little under $300. This motherboard was special in that the VRM was excellent and the BIOS was amazing to use, however when I started using the board I found that the BIOS would occasionally crash (which still hasn't been fixed to this date) and the audio although loud had a lot of crosstalk in it....

I was also surprised that Gigabyte had put so much effort into the cosmetics at the expense of missing minor things like the a bios selection switch, clear CMOS button etc....

All in all if the bios didn't crash then I could say that this Motherboard is decent, especially since it has an amazing VRM that uses a lot less power than the competition, but coupled with the very loud mediocre onboard audio solution, I find myself making a recommendation to go with another board, say something like the Asrock Ex4 or Ex6 or perhaps something from Asus.
