Just a quick update about where I have been the last few days, theMSI x99s Sli plus crapped out on me so I have the ud4 here to replace it and it is working fine, however I did have a problem with it when I first got it and in order to fix it you just have to update the bios to F8 or later and also disable the gigabyte boot logo screen (odd huh?).

***Other fixes from other users***
Boot with minimal amount of usb devices connected (i.e. only keyboard mouse).
Save OC profile before you save and exit and if it crashes load up the profile and save and exit again.

Hope this helps.

Also keep in mind that the board may also not start up if you come into a bad overclock as well, so don't forget that (though I am sure most of you guys already know this).
