PCMag Live for Thursday, April 10, 2014 is hosted by Dan Costa and Max Eddy.

In our Headline News segment, the Heartbleed OpenSSL bug story continues to grow. Dan and Max shed some light on if this is something everyday people need to be concerned with, and how long it could take for this to all be worked out. Then we talk about Facebook's decision to end their chat service. They want Facebook users to be using the Messenger app, but the way they are doing it has some folks annoyed. You know, everybody hates change on Facebook. Also, France passed a law that forbids work-related emails to be sent outside of work hours. It is really aimed at union workers as an action to protect employees from being taken advantage of. Take that, Le Bossman.

Today's Reader Question is about how you can protect yourself from the Heartbleed OpenSSL Bug. The answer is, you can't... but there are some best practices and services that Max reports.

The One Cool Thing from the PCMag Labs today is the BeetheFirst 3D Printer. A slick looking piece of hardware that has of all things, a travel handle. It's perfect for for when you and your pals have 3D printing parties.
