Welcome back to TYC and today I will taking a quick look at the Asrock H81M Mini ITX motherboard and basically it is ok for a simple PC like a HTPC / Office PC where you only using the onboard graphics from a pentium, however if you wish to step it up a notch and use it for something even slightly enthusiast based (i.e. gtx 760 / silverstone stugo minitx gamer) then I don't think this motherboard is good enough, especially for long intense gaming sessions. So it is what it is and I guess it is priced pretty fairly, it does come with decent onboard audio / is missing wireless and has an Atheros Qualcomm NIC onboard.
